All Work is Guaranteed:
At Milton Green Clean Solutions if you are not entirely satisfied that the clean provided did not cover all the areas agreed or something was missed ( as per the agreement) we will send back the team that personally cleaned your home to correct the missed or overlooked area the same day or within 24 hours.
A Little "Extra" Green
At the end of each clean we will leave a naturally scented room fragrance, green of course, in each area of the house unless specifically requested not to. We will also, with your permission, open some windows to allow air to naturally circulate in your home during your "Green Clean", weather permitting and then close them on our departure (unless asked otherwise) bringing you and us a little closer to nature.
High Level Clean:
A deep impact clean of your entire home using the latest environmentally friendly processes, products and technology at a highly competitive rate. Below are some details of our high level cleaning service:
All Areas:
- Hand Wash all (spot clean) walls ,window frames, baseboards, bulk heads, dado rails, wood panelling, blinds, ceiling fans, air return ducts, overhead lights
- Remove all cobwebs
- Clean all glass and mirrors (using clean green products only)
- Dust and polish all furniture, flat surfaces, shelves, etc. (using clean green products only)
- Move small furniture items and vacuum floor area around and underneath (using HEPA filter vacuums)
- Collect and place in ONE big garbage bag
Kitchens:
- Clean all cabinet door and appliance surfaces
- Clean all counter and table surfaces (polish used on appropriate surfaces i.e. granite, marble)
- Polish all stainless steel and chrome appliances
- Clean sinks and polish chrome faucets
- Vacuum (using HEPA filter vacuums) and steam mop floors
- Clean appliances inside (if requested) and outside as standard
Bathrooms:
- Clean all cabinet door surfaces
- Scrub all tiles in bath tub and shower areas
- Remove soap and residue build-up from tiles, grout, and corners
- Clean all glass and mirror surfaces (using clean green products only)
- Clean and polish all chrome and brass faucets, shower heads, etc.
- Clean and dry sinks
- Clean and sanitize toilet bowl inside and out (using clean green products only)
- Shake out bathroom rugs outside and return when floor is dry and clean
- Place all dirty towels and clothes in wash hamper
- Vacuum (using HEPA filter vacuums) and steam mop floors
Move In and Move Out:
Milton Green Clean Solutions Inc. offers a complete post-construction or pre-move in or out cleaning package. Let us take the strain out of one of the biggest decisions of your life.
Stage 1:
- 1 bedroom apartment, condo, bachelor, studio, basement, or otherwise. Cleaning duration is typically between 2 – 3 hours. Carpet cleaning is also available.
Stage 2:
- 2 bedroom apartment, condo, town house, or otherwise. Cleaning duration is typically between 3 – 4 hours. Carpet cleaning is also available.
Stage 3:
- 3 bedroom apartment, condo, town house, detached or semi-detached home. Cleaning duration is typically between 4 - 5 hours. Carpet cleaning is also available.
Stage 4:
- 4+ bedroom home. Cleaning duration is typically minimum 5-6 hours. Carpet cleaning is also available. All rates are dependant on size, time frames and overall integral clean to be completed.
